Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

All items sold on USCShop are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Please double-check your order details, including product size, quantity, and shipping address, before confirming your purchase.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@usc.lu.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If the claim is approved, we will:

Replace the item at no additional cost, or
Issue a refund to your original payment method if a replacement is not available.

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet these conditions.

Pre-order and limited drop items are made to order and cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.

Estimated shipping times may vary. By placing a pre-order, you agree to these terms.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

In cases of approved replacements, we will cover return shipping if applicable.
