Thank you for shopping with USCShop, operated by Ultraschall Collective SARL.

This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, delivery, and related matters.

 


 

 

1. Shipping Regions

 


We currently ship orders within Luxembourg only.

European shipping will be introduced in the near future — please check this page for updates.


We do not currently offer worldwide shipping.

 


 

 

2. Order Processing

 


All orders are processed within 7–14 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During product launches, limited drops, or pre-orders, processing times may be longer.


You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

 


 

 

3. Delivery Times

 


Delivery within Luxembourg typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or public holidays.


We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

 


 

 

4. Shipping Fees

 


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT.


Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 


 

 

5. Tracking

 


If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 


 

 

6. Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

 


Pre-order items will ship on or around the estimated release date provided on the product page.

Please note that these dates are subject to change.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it may be shipped together once all items are available.

 


 

 

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

 


We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@usc.lu within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and product.

 


 

 

8. Address Accuracy

 


Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We cannot reroute or modify shipping addresses after an order has been placed.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for resending.
