Welcome to USCShop, operated by Ultraschall Collective SARL (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or making a purchase from our store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing any order.
1. General Information
USCShop is the official merchandise store of Ultraschall Collective SARL.

2. Eligibility
To purchase from USCShop, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
By using this site, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products & Availability
All products listed on our website are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any item at any time, including for limited drops and pre-orders.
Colors and product images are displayed as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee exact color representation on your device.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders are processed through Stripe, which supports major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods available in your region.
All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required.
Once you place an order and receive confirmation, a binding purchase agreement is created.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock errors.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to Luxembourg.
European shipping will be introduced at a later stage.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier.
We are not responsible for delays, customs duties, or additional import fees applied outside of Luxembourg.
6. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item is defective or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@usc.lu with your order number and a description of the issue.
7. Pre-Orders & Limited Drops
For pre-order items, please note that estimated shipping dates are subject to change.
Payment is charged at the time of purchase.
We are not able to modify or cancel pre-orders once placed.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, artwork, and content featured on USCShop are the intellectual property of Ultraschall Collective SARL or used under license.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of USCShop after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
